PT. Meares Soputan mining is operation the Toka Tindung Gold Project in North Sulawesi. Application are invited for the following position:

SENIOR SUPV, HR SYASTEM & DEVELOPMENT

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identity, design and develop training programs to assist employee in their potential capability. Lease with department managers to conduct appraisal/ assessment and other development programs. Supervise for implementation HRIS system. Develop review HR Company Policy.

Qualifications:

• Graduated S1 with national/ multinational company experience
• 5 years experience ( minimum ) in human resources work
• Computer and presentation skill are essential, good communication & oraganisation skill and spoken & English
